Complete schooling history

Employment since 18th birthday

Residences since 18th birthday.

For each parent, child and sibling:

Full name

Current address

Date of birth

Date of death and

marital status

Six (6) passport-size pictures of each applicant

Passport (identity & validity pages only)

Birth certificate

Identification card

If available: Spouse’s Employment references (letters from every employer you have worked for)Education documents (diplomas, degrees, certificates, etc.)

Proof of income, assets, pension, property deeds, liabilities

Employment references (letters from every employer you have worked for)

Offer of employment in Canada (You will be advised if this is applicable to you)

Police clearance certificate for each country of residence for last ten years.

Statutory Declaration of sponsorship from Canadian relative.

Marriage certificate

Death certificate of spouse

Divorce Decree and / or Separation agreement and child custody order

Immigration Application Form (this will be completed later)

Family Composition Information Form (this will be completed later)

Refundable Government landing fees: CDN$490 for each applicant over 18 years.

Non-refundable Government processing fees:

CDN$550 applicant, spouse and each dependant over 17 years of age

CDN$150 for each dependant under 18 years of age.

For business applicants the non-refundable government processing fee varies depending on the provincial or federal program.
