WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR A WORK PERMIT?

Please provide as much information as possible in advance by fax, mail or e-mail.

Original documents will be notarized for you.

Personal information for each person (applicant) over 17 years of age detailing:

• Complete schooling history

• Employment since 18th birthday

• Residences for past five years.

• Details of any prior visa applications.

• For each parent, child and sibling:

• Full name

• Current address

• Date of birth

• Date of death and

• marital status

• passport number and expiry date

• citizenship

• Two (2) passport-size pictures of each applicant

• Passport (identity & validity pages only)

• Birth certificate

• Identification card

• Education documents (diplomas, degrees, certificates, etc.)

• Proof of income, assets, pension, property deeds, liabilities

• Employment references (letters from every employer you have worked for)

• Police clearance certificate for each country of residence for last ten years.

• Marriage certificate

• Divorce Decree and / or Separation agreement and child custody order

• Non-refundable Government processing fees
